Welcome to Merrell, a sleepy Middle American town where nearly half its tiny population chooses to escape their humdrum existence by using illicit narcotics. But when a voodoo shaman moves to town and puts a nasty spell on a batch of meth, all hell breaks loose as the users turn into vicious, flesh-eating monsters. Fortunately, the townspeople have seen enough horror movies to know what to do to survive a zombie apocalypse, and so the battle to win back Merrell begins.
